Social salsa dance can be a great tool in learning how to play, communicate, connect with other humans.
Dancing causes us to be in the moment and is an excellent way to relieve stress and anxiety. It is also a great exercise for our brains and bodies.
The aim of this class is to have fun while learning at our own individual pace. This class will be a practice in bringing awareness to our bodies while also building connections and a community with like minded people.

We understand financial limitations that arise, and therefore we open our classes to the fiscally challenged with the suggestion that you pay what you can.
