“I want to integrate life and art so that as our art expands our life deepens and as our life deepens our art expands.”                                                                                                                           — Anna Halprin

Dance is the art for which we need no other material. Movement is the natural state of the Universe.
In our experience, dancing gives us a greater awareness of our bodies in space and time. It allows us an opportunity to reacquaint ourselves with our own form and brings us closer to others. Moving our bodies gives us greater potential to engage with our dynamic environment.
